Technology Systems Administrator
Technology Systems Administrator Responsible for the design, implementation and oversight of all the Company?s MIS. The successful candidate will have the capability to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware and software to support the 170+ users. Responsible for the IT department budget and policies/procedures related to technological protection systems including HIPAA security regulations. Current IT infrastructure is Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows XP/7 Pro, Red Hat Linux, IBM Lotus Domino/Notes, MS Office, and Parallels virtualization suite running on Intel Modular Servers and an IBM iSeries server. BS degree in computer science or related field is preferred, AS degree, MCSE/MCITP certification or equivalent work experience will be considered. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills, ability to use non-technical approaches to train others in the use of computer hardware and software, possess well developed problem solving and analytical skills.

Clinical Supervisor - Spearfish
Clinical Supervisor (Spearfish): This position is full-time (half time clinical supervision and half time direct service) in our Family Pathways community based services program. This program provides community based services to children and families utilizing a System of Care service delivery model. The successful candidate will possess or be eligible for licensure in a mental health discipline and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential in South Dakota. Must have a minimum of three years of previous mental health experience. Must be willing to embrace System of Care philosophy and processes and provide services and staff supervision in adherence to this model. Previous System of Care or Wraparound experience is a definite plus.

Counselor - Spearfish
Outpatient counselor to provide full-time individual and group services in our Spearfish, S.D. office. Seeking a professional with a focus on adults, teens, couples, and families. Must be master’s prepared and licensed or licensable in South Dakota with ability to retain 3rd party reimbursement. CSW-PIP preferred. Should be comfortable in formulating and delivering group services. Requires ability to provide on-call coverage for our emergency system. Pay is contingency based with great opportunity for the motivated professional.

Clinical Site Supervisor - Spearfish
Supervise the treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified mental health consumers. Includes providing supervision to programs and client services as related to clinical practicesto, provide direction to staff on policies and procedures, ethics, quality assurance and mental health services. The successful candidate will possess licensure in a mental health discipline and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential in South Dakota. Must have a minimum of three years of previous mental health experience.

Counselor - Rapid City
This position will provide comprehensive child centered, family focused, community-based case management and mental health services to children and families. This position is in our children's home-based services program requiring daily travel in the local area. Master's degree in Human Services field with 2 years child or family case management experience.

Transportation Clerk
Work directly with consumers in transporting them to and from various locations within the Rapid City Area. Ensure client safety by adhering to South Dakota driving rules and regulations. Ensure client safety by adhering to safety belt regulations. Be familiar with Rapid City street map. Maintain daily transportation logs. Work schedule is Mon-Fri with various hours. Position is currently part time working (24+ hours) with potential to go full time (30 hours with benefits).

Residential Specialist PRN
Starting wage is $9.32 ($10.32 for any overnight shifts). We are seeking PRN (flexible, fill-in) staff. Must have flexible schedule as hours and days will vary. You will work with adults as they prepare to transition into independent community living. These positions teach the daily skills necessary for successful independent living. Requires certification in CPR, First Aid and Medication Management (training will be provided if not already certified, and basic computer skills. High school diploma or equivalent acceptable experience required.

Case Manager
Make a difference in the lives of adults with mental illness by coordinating treatment, rehabilitation and support services and being part of our Mainstream Team. Associates degree in Human Services with one-year experience. (Bachelors preferred) Requires daily travel in the Rapid City area and the ability to maintain a SD driver’s license. This position will work some holidays, weekends and nights.
